Kim has had a significant impact in many areas of my life. Years ago I started training with her for 30 minutes a week. I really enjoyed it and have gradually increased the amount of time over the years. As a result, my body and mind are stronger and healthier. Kim has also taught me the importance of good nutrition and how it affects my health. Before I met Kim I never tried paddle boarding or hiking. I told her these were activities I wanted to try. She designed workouts so I would be prepared to try both of these activities. Now paddle boarding and hiking are two of my favorite things to do! Kim does a great job designing workouts. She tailors the workout to suit my strengths and weaknesses and she is great at adding newness so no two workouts are the same. It’s hard work, but I always enjoy our time together. I am blessed to have Kim in my life; she is always challenging me and encouraging me to be my best!
